Forsyth Yoga
Campbell Sullivan, member of the HORTŪS community, will be leading an intentional practice that will blend classical Vinyasa style teachings with concepts inspired by modern Katonah Yoga theory.
What to Expect
60-minutes of breath led movement, intelligent alignment, and clear, supportive guidance to help you build strength, mobility, and stability. Classes include mindful meditation, longer holds to refine form, and gentle hands-on adjustments, so you leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.
Classes are small and semi-private with support for all levels. Private sessions are also available upon request. Leave the city at the door and step into a quaint, candlelit room dedicated to self exploration.

Your Teacher
Campbell recognizes yoga as her deepest form of self expression. It’s a way to connect to something larger than herself. She is guided by the belief that yoga is a gateway to self discovery and hopes to create an environment where students feel safe enough to let the outside world completely dissolve for an hour of their day. Her classes are inspired by the world around her — art, music, books, her own teachers, nature, her relationships.
