30-Min Express Resurfacing Facial + LED Therapy
A high-performance express treatment designed to resurface, repair, and rebalance.
A triple-acid peel gently exfoliates using a blend of targeted acids to dissolve buildup, smooth texture, brighten tone, and refine pores while helping reduce congestion and early signs of aging.
This is followed by a plant stem cell treatment that supports cellular renewal, boosts collagen and elastin, deeply hydrates, calms inflammation, and strengthens the skin barrier—leaving skin more resilient and youthful.
Customized LED light therapy enhances results:
Red light to firm, stimulate collagen, and reduce inflammation, or blue light to target acne-causing bacteria, clear breakouts, and prevent congestion.
Benefits: smoother, brighter skin, improved tone and clarity, refined pores, reduced breakouts and fine lines, enhanced hydration, and a balanced, radiant glow.
Recommended:
• Acne / breakouts: 1–2x per week (especially for the first 4–6 weeks)
• Anti-aging / collagen support: 1x per week for 4–8 weeks, then maintenance
• Maintenance / glow: every 2–4 weeks

Skin Questions We Hear Often
We believe healthy skin starts with thoughtful, consistent care.
Our approach is skin health first. We respect the skin barrier, support natural renewal and
believe in giving skin what it needs without doing more than it needs. Healthy, clear, beautiful skin is always the goal.
Our quick skin reset.
This 30-minute facial combines a gentle 5% triple-acid chemical peel with a plant stem cell treatment and customized LED therapy. Salicylic, lactic and mandelic acids exfoliate surface buildup and help with congestion, breakouts, uneven tone and texture while leaving skin looking smoother and brighter.
We follow with a plant stem cell treatment for hydration and barrier support, then red or blue LED based on your skin’s needs. Little to no expected downtime. Ideal for regular maintenance or when you want an effective treatment without an hour-long facial.
Salicylic Acid
Oil-soluble exfoliation particularly useful for congestion, excess oil, breakouts and the
appearance of pores.
Lactic Acid
Gentle exfoliation with hydrating properties to help soften rough texture and brighten dull-looking skin.
Mandelic Acid
A gentle, gradual AHA particularly useful for uneven tone, texture, post-breakout marks and acne-prone skin.
Together, the three give us a balanced approach to congestion, hydration, tone and texture. Gentle doesn’t mean ineffective. It means choosing the level of exfoliation with purpose.
Red LED supports collagen, skin recovery and healthy-looking skin.
Blue LED is particularly useful for acne-prone and congested skin.
LED light therapy is painless, non-invasive and has no downtime of its own.
For breakouts and congestion: approximately once a week for 4–6 treatments.
For tone, texture and healthy aging: every 2–4 weeks.
For maintenance: approximately once a month.
Skin should always be settled before another resurfacing treatment.
Our more targeted professional chemical peel for the face.
Skin Recovery features BioRePeel, a professional biphasic chemical peel that combines exfoliating acids with amino acids, vitamins and skin-supportive ingredients. We pair it with red LED therapy to support skin recovery and overall skin health.
A good choice for breakouts and congestion, post-breakout marks, uneven pigmentation, visible sun damage, rough texture, dullness and early signs of aging.
BioRePeel Skin Recovery is also available for the body, with treatment time based on the area.
BioRePeel combines several exfoliating and skin-supportive ingredients rather than relying on a single acid.
TCA
The primary resurfacing acid. Supports skin renewal and helps improve the look of uneven texture, pigmentation, post-breakout marks and visible signs of aging.
Salicylic Acid
For excess oil, congestion and acne-prone skin.
Lactobionic, Tartaric + Citric Acids
Provide additional exfoliating and antioxidant support for tone, texture and brightness.
Amino Acids + Vitamins
Help support and condition the skin throughout the treatment.
Squalane
Helps soften, condition and support hydration.
The combination gives us meaningful resurfacing while still fitting our philosophy of respecting the skin.
Yes. This is one of our favorite uses for Skin Recovery.
Consistent resurfacing can help with congestion and improve the look of post-breakout marks and uneven texture.
A typical BioRePeel series:
Face, Neck + Décolleté
Every 7–10 days for 4–6 treatments
Body
Every 10–12 days for 4–6 treatments
Maintenance
Approximately once a month
If acne is severely inflamed, cystic, infected, open or being medically treated, please check with your dermatologist before booking a chemical peel.
BioRePeel can help improve the look of uneven pigmentation, post-breakout discoloration, visible sun damage and uneven tone.
These concerns generally benefit from consistency rather than an occasional peel. Daily broad-spectrum SPF 30+ is especially important when pigmentation is a concern.
Professional resurfacing can help skin look smoother, brighter and more refined while softening the appearance of fine lines and rough or uneven texture.
We prefer consistent, thoughtful treatment over continually increasing intensity. More isn’t always better for your skin.
Yes. After completing an initial 4–6 treatment series, we recommend transitioning to monthly maintenance rather than continuing closely spaced treatments.
If your skin would benefit from another focused series later, you can begin again based on your skin, goals and how it responded to the first series.
We believe in giving skin what it needs, not simply doing more.
Series → Maintain → Reassess.
Yes. BioRePeel isn’t limited to the face.
Our Skin Recovery body peel can be used for concerns such as body breakouts, congestion, post-breakout marks, uneven pigmentation, visible sun damage and rough texture.
Common treatment areas include:
• Neck + décolleté
• Hands
• Back + shoulders
• Arms
• Underarms
• Buttocks
• Legs
• Knees + elbows
• Feet
Custom areas are available. Treatment time varies by area.
Maybe. And that’s okay either way.
Visible peeling isn’t the measure of a successful treatment. Some guests experience temporary tightness, dryness or light flaking; others experience very little visible peeling.
Express Resurfacing generally has little to no expected downtime. Skin Recovery may have slightly more visible after-effects. Individual skin responses vary.
Never pick or scrub flaking skin.
Give your skin time to fully settle between treatments. As a conservative general guide:
Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin® or similar
Wait at least 1 week, and until any redness, swelling, bruising or tenderness has resolved.
Dermal filler
Wait at least 2 weeks, and until swelling, bruising and tenderness have resolved. Follow your injector’s guidance if they recommend longer.
Waxing, sugaring, threading, electrolysis or depilatory creams
Wait at least 7 days, and longer if the skin remains sensitive or irritated.
Dermaplaning or microdermabrasion
Wait at least 1–2 weeks, and until the skin is fully settled.
Microneedling
Wait at least 2–4 weeks, and until the skin is completely healed.
Laser or IPL
Treatments vary considerably in depth and intensity. Follow the waiting period provided by your treating provider and wait until the skin is completely healed before receiving a peel.
Another superficial chemical peel
Wait at least 2 weeks, and until the skin is completely recovered. Follow a longer interval if recommended for the specific peel.
Medium or deep chemical peels, ablative or resurfacing lasers, surgery or other intensive medical skin procedures
Follow your treating physician’s guidance before receiving another resurfacing treatment.
These are conservative general guidelines. Your treating provider’s instructions always take precedence.
Our skin treatments are cosmetic, and individual results and responses vary.
If you have a medically managed skin condition, use prescription medication that may affect your skin, are pregnant or breastfeeding, recently had a medical or cosmetic procedure, or aren’t sure whether a peel is appropriate for you, please consult your physician, dermatologist or treating provider before booking.
HORTŪS does not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical clearance. Never stop or change prescribed medication for a cosmetic treatment unless directed by your treating medical provider.
