Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required to confirm your appointment. Bybooking, you agree to the terms below and authorize HORTŪS to charge your card as outlined.
The booking guest is responsible for all confirmed services, including for others.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• 1–2 guests: 24 hours’ notice
• 3 guests: 48 hours’ notice
• 4+ guests: 1 week’s notice
• Private events: per agreement
Cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules outside these windows will be charged 100% of the service total + 20% gratuity. This applies to:
• Happy Hour bookings (charged at full price)
• Late arrivals we can’t fully accommodate
• Incomplete parties
• Unavailable requested technicians
• Last-minute reschedules
A 2.75% credit card fee applies to all charges.
When you confirm an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or no-shows mean we’re unable to offer that time to other clients. As a small team with limited availability and resources, we truly appreciate as much advance notice as possible so we can better accommodate others.
